Getting Started

Switch your Iridium Core on

Press the Power switch to switch on Iridium Core.
The boot procedure may take a few seconds. After
this, the display is lit and Iridium Core is ready to play.

Loading Sound Programs

Iridium Core comes with numerous sound programs:

When in Load mode (press Load but-
ton), use the Selection dial below the
touchscreen to select the desired
sound program in the sound list. Turning the dial clo-
ckwise increases the Program number, turning the di-
al counterclockwise decreases it. To load the desired
sound program, press the Selection dial once.

Adjust the Volume

=
Use the Volume dial below the touch-
screen to control overall volume. For this,
the Pot Mode must be set to Default.

Use the Pads and the Sequencer/Arpeggiator

=
Hit on the Pads to play the current loaded sound
program.

To start or stop the arpeggiator or
sequencer playback, press the Play
button (it switches from Off to Run-
ning or vice versa) and play one or more notes on
your MIDI keyboard or on the pads.

Edit Sound Programs

In order to change or edit a sound program, you must
access the appropriate parameters. Depending on the type
of parameters, there are different ways to achieve this:

Use one of the 4 potis below the touchscreen to edit
the most important parameters of a sound program.

Tap on one of the Mode buttons above the touch-
screen to select a desired mode page. Use the dials left
and right to the touchscreen to edit the corresponding
parameters.
