The alignment of the planer fence at right angles should be checked again
before initial operation and readjusted if necessary to achieve an exact
planing result.

Dust collection plug

Do not operate the machine without the dust collection system connected to it and switched on.
The dimensions of the dust collection plug can be found in the technical data.

3. Setting planer fence
• The angle is measured with a protractor (8). This is placed on the planer
table and applied to the planer fence.
• If it is not possible to place the protractor completely against the planer
fence, the planer fence is not set exactly at right angles and an
adjustment of the scale is necessary.
• Set the desired height with adjusting screw (1)
• Loosen the clamping screw (2)
• The planer knife cover can be moved and
adapted to the size of the workpiece
• Relock the clamping screw (2) when the desired
position is reached.
• Loosen clamping lever (1)
• Set planer fence to the desired angle position
• Relock the clamping screws (1) when the desired
position is reached
• Loosen the clamping lever (2)
• Adapt the planer fence to the workpiece width
• Relock the clamping lever (2)
Planer:
The extraction connection (1) is under the planer
tables (exit planer table)
Thicknesser:
After the conversion to thicknessing, fold down the
chip chute with the dust colletor hood (2).
