Multiple Cameras and Host PCs
You can connect multiple cameras and multiple host PCs to one switch. Each camera can only be opened by
one host PC at a time. Nevertheless, other PCs in the network can still discover it.

Firewall
The control channel has the specific UDP port 3956 (GVCP port). But the UDP port of the other channels
(stream, message, ...) is dynamically assigned. Thus, using the camera behind an external firewall is not
possible.
The built-in firewall of your operating system or firewall software that is installed locally on your PC usually do
not cause problems.
