of the panel knobs, press [MANUAL], lighting the indicator.

Lets you select from eleven types of amplifiers.

Description (p. 10)
* The amp type switch may not function properly if not clicked
into a notched position.
2 Gain Knob [GAIN]
Adjusts the gain (intensity or amount of distortion) for the
selected amplifier.
3 Volume Knob [VOLUME]
Adjusts the volume. Using the volume knob is convenient for
adjusting the volume levels between memories.
4 Equalizer (EQUALIZER)
Three-band equalizer. Works in different ways depending on
the selected amplifier.
Bass Knob [BASS]
Adjusts the sound of the low-frequency range.
Middle Knob [MIDDLE]
Adjusts the sound of the midrange frequencies.
Treble Knob [TREBLE]
Adjusts the sound of the high-frequency range.
* COSM faithfully models the special features and
characteristics of a variety of amplifiers; with certain
amplifiers, no sound may be produced when [BASS],
[MIDDLE], and [TREBLE] are all set to 0.
5 Presence Knob [PRESENCE]
Adjusts the presence of the sound.
6 Speaker Type Switch [SPEAKER]
CLASSIC MODERN
Lets you select from eleven speaker types (including
ORIGINAL) featuring different numbers of speakers,
speaker sizes, and cabinets.
ORIGINAL refers to the speakers originally furnished in the
amp selected with the amp type switch.
