1.3.1 Application and operation of the air curtain
The air curtain is designed to separate indoor and outdoor cli-
mates. The unit draws air from the room and discharges it,
either heated or not, across the width of the doorway. The air
curtain removes the undesired effects of an open door by
either reducing the exchange of indoor and outside air, by
heating the entering air, or a combination of the two.
Mounting methods
The free-hanging model (type F) is designed for free, visible
installation above the door.
