The AutoLoader can handle 5 parts or bundles weighing up to 100 lbs (45 kgs) each.

1. Power the system.
2. Make or load a list in the TigerStop
3. Start the list.
4. Enter the stock length into the TigerStop
scanning pusher foot or TigerMeasure skip this step.
5. The positioner moves to the loading position and the AutoLoader's dogs begin pushing forward.
6. Load the first stock into the 5th position (farthest out from the loading table).
7. Wait for the dogs to move the stock forward one position and load the next piece/bundle. Repeat until
either stock reaches the loading positon on the table or all stock is loaded.
8. The positioner and tool process the stock and reset. AutoLoader moves the next stock into the loading
positon. This step repeats until either the list is complete or the AutoLoader runs out of material.
9. Load more stock, as needed.
