FINAL CHECKS
• Disconnect one of the wires on the minimum
gas pressure switch:
• Open remote control device TL:
• Open remote control device TS:
the burner must stop
• Disconnect the common wire P from the max-
imum gas pressure switch:
• Disconnect the common wire P from the air
pressure switch:
• Disconnect the ionisation probe lead:
the burner must lock out
• Make sure that the mechanical locking sys-
tems on the various adjustment devices are
fully tightened.

MAINTENANCE

Notes on safety for the maintenance
The periodic maintenance is essential for the
good operation, safety, yield and duration of the
burner.
It allows you to reduce consumption and pollut-
ing emissions and to keep the product in a relia-
ble state over time.

Before carrying out any maintenance, cleaning
or checking operations:

Combustion
The optimum burner adjustment requires an
analysis of the flue gases. Significant differ-
ences with respect to the previous measure-
ments indicate the points where more care
should be exercised during maintenance.
Gas leaks
Make sure that there are no gas leaks on the
pipe between the gas meter and the burner.
Gas filter
Change the gas filter when it is dirty.
Servomotor
Release the cam, rotating the notch 90° and
manually check that its rotation, forward and
backwards, is sliding. Connect the cam again.
Burner
Make sure the screws fixing the cables in the
burner terminal strip are not loose.
Flame detection probe
Make periodical checks to ensure the probe is
clean, to avoid problems of poor flame detection
and at least every time with the start of each
seasonal use.

The maintenance interventions and
the calibration of the burner must
only be carried out by qualified, au-
thorised personnel, in accordance
with the contents of this manual and
in compliance with the standards and
regulations of current laws.
Disconnect the electrical supply from
the burner by means of the main sys-
tem switch.
Close the fuel interception tap.
