1. Controls
e controls are located on the right side of the
oven. For more information, refer to page 7.
2. Conveyor
e speed of the conveyor is controlled within the
cooking mode when edit or fl ex is enabled. For more
information, refer to page 10.

3. Window
e window (available on select models) is used for
checking the cook progress of food items. DO NOT
operate the oven for extended periods of time with

the oven; temperatures within the oven can
exceed 550°F (288°C).
4. Air Filters
Clean the air fi lters daily to maintain normal oven
operation (page 4). Replace the air fi lters
immediately if they are torn or damaged. DO NOT
operate the oven without the air fi lters installed.
5. Idle Button
