    Step 3 Step 4: Remove and Clean the Filters -Remove the fi lters, both of which are located on the left side of the oven. -Wash and rinse both fi lters, then dry them with a clean towel. -Reinstall the fi lters.

    Deep Cleaning Procedures TurboChef recommends deep cleaning the oven at least once a month (more frequently depending on use) to ensure optimal performance. Use only TurboChef-approved cleaner. Using any other cleaning product can damage critical parts and may void the oven’s warranty.
