The whole router weight may be higher than 80Kg during the movement. To correctly move the RG-RSR77 series router, see the Figures (Note: In order to avoid the chassis weight increase and the service card damage, do not insert the service cards when you move the chassis.) -

Make sure that the cabinet is firm enough to bear the weight of RG-RSR77 series router and its installation accessories. Make sure that the dimensions of the cabinet spare certain space for the installation of the front, rear, left and right panels of RG-RSR77 series router for the sake of heat dissipation. -

· Figure-3 Ventilation of RG-RSR77 Series Checking Before Installation Before powering on RG-RSR77 series router, make sure that: The fan meets the requirements of current device. For details, see Fan. The power system is suitable. For details, see Power. - Page 11 Once the AC power is powered on, the IN and OUT LEDs on the panel turn solid green. To prevent damage caused by rapid power cycle to parts, do not power on RG-RSR77 series router within 30 seconds after power off.

System Grounding Grounding Requirements An outstanding grounding system is the basis of stable and reliable operation of RG-RSR77 series router and the essential condition for prevention of lightning and interference. For the safety of humans and routers, good grounding is necessary for the router. The electric resistance between the router chassis and the ground must be less than 0.1 ohm. -

Place the switches of all the power modules to OFF. Check if the wire connection of the cabinet is correct. 2. Check if the cables of the cabinet have been correctly connected. Check whether the power cables are tightly connected to the cabinet power sockets and power modules.
- Page 15 2. Check whether the configuration of the serial port on the super terminal is the same as that on the router. If not, modify the serial port configuration parameters. 3. If there is still no serial port printed information, please contact Ruijie Customer Service Department for technical support. Fault 7: The serial port console outputs illegible characters.
