Operations Guide, the term ST-PC is used for either configuration, except where noted. The ST-PC is a dual power controller that switches AC power on and off at two independent AC sockets mounted on the unit. Each socket is tied to a relay that is able to support a combined load (sockets A and B) of 10 Amp, maximum (6 Amp, maximum, for the STI-PC).
AC power is supplied via a 3-wire line cord (no plug on the STI-PC configuration). This power is solely for the purpose of powering the loads attached to the POWER A and B ports. POWER IN For the ST-PC, a three-prong plug is used to connect to a three-prong outlet that supplies power. For the STI-PC, an international power cord (approximately six feet in length) is available for connection to an international power plug.
Refer to “Setting the Net ID in Device Settings” on page 11 for details of the SIMPL Windows procedure. The Net ID of the ST-PC has been factory set to 2C, The Net IDs of multiple ST- Refer to the note on page 12 for a definition of Viewport.

Net ID of 2C as shown in the following illustration. NOTE: The first ST-PC in a system is preset with a Net ID of 2C when its symbol is dragged into the upper pane of System Views. Additional ST-PC units are assigned different Net ID numbers as they are added.
Setting the Net ID in Device Settings Double-click the ST-PC icon to open the “Device Settings” window. This window displays the ST-PC device information. If necessary, select the Net ID tab to change the Net ID as shown in the following figure.

Crestron Viewport may be preferred over development tools when uploading programs and projects. NOTE: Firmware for the ST-PC is not field upgradable. The following section defines how to upload a SIMPL Windows program. Before attempting to upload, it is necessary to establish communications.
