Upon
completion
of
printing, an exit is auto-
matically made from the
Text Memory Mode.
Press the TEXT IN/OUT
Key to exit from the
Text
Memory
Mode
while printing has been
temporarily stopped.

Press the TEXT IN/OUT
Key, enter the file name
corresponding to the file
whose contents are to be
edited and press the RE-
TURN Key.

Proceed with the editing.
The cursor moves one character at
a time to the right. When it reaches
the end of the line it moves auto-
matically to the beginning of the
next line.

Stop Codes
The RK-T55 will allow you to enter and instruct it to
stop printing at a particular point so that you may
insert variables within the body of the text.
During text entry, input the
Stop Code by pressing the P
Key while pressing the CODE
Key.
As a result, when the text is
printed out, printing will stop
at that point.
The following message ap-
pears on the LCD Display.

The character above the cursor is
deleted.

Type the variable information.
Character

When a character key is pressed,
the character is inserted automati-
cally to the left of the cursor.
PRINT
ON/OFF
To resume printing, press the
PRINT ON/OFF Key.
The
variable information will not
become part of the stored text.

Upon completion of the
editing, press the TEXT
IN/OUT Key to exit from
the Text Memory Mode.
