To clean the filter for the DeVilbiss Healthcare 525DS:

1. Remove the air filter from the back of the unit.
2. If used, remove the oxygen outlet connector.
3. Wash the filter in a solution of warm water and dishwashing detergent.
4. Rinse thoroughly with warm tap water.
5. Dry the filter completely with a towel before reinstalling.

Do not operate the unit without the air filter or if the filter is still damp.
