RESETTING FROM NARROW ROLLED
EDGE
TO
FOUR-THREAD SERGING
1.
Open
the
front
and
side covers.
2.
Raise presser
foot,
upper
knife
blade and
needle
to
highest
position.
3.
Turn the
handwheel away
from you
(clockwise)
until
the
"*"
on
the
handwheel
lines
up
with
the arrow on the
face
of
the
machine.
This
moves
the
loopers away
from the stitch
finger.

4.
Turn
the
red
stitch
w¡dth
knob
until
the
yellow
indicator
lines up
with
the"*"
in the
needle plate
window.
This
"unlocks"
the stitch finger.

Gently
push
the stitch finger
holder
into
its
highest
position,
aligning
the
movable
stitch
finger
with the
needle
plate.

force the stitch finger into
