Replace Fan Fuses

1. Follow the Prepare the Motor for Repair procedure
on page 8.
2. Remove the two screws (6) and washers (7). Remove
the junction box cover (5) from the motor (A) to gain
access to the disconnect block. Gently pull out the
fuse holder.

3. Unscrew the fuse holder (FH), remove the old fuse,
and replace it with a new 5 mm x 20 mm, 500 mA,
250V, Slow Blow fuse (Graco part 116682).
Reconnect the fuse holder and tighten into place.

4. Repeat step 4 with the second fuse.
5. Tuck the wires back into the junction box (S), around
the disconnect block (DB), and reinstall the junction
box with two screws (6) and washers (7).
Make sure all wires are positioned inside the junction
box and around the disconnect block before
installation. If the wires get pinched when the junction
box screws are tightened, damage will occur.
