RECOMMENDATIONS
A. As with the safe use of any motorized equipment, your TRU-TRAC™
should only be used with a
responsible adult in attendance. For that reason, do not attempt to put yourself in traction with this
machine.
B.
In the event of a loss of power to the machine, traction force should only be released by gradually
lengthening the patient harness adjustment
straps. To prevent damage,

If you are having difficulty operating your TRU-TRAC™
after carefully reviewing
this guide, contact
your supplier for assistance.
If they are unable to resolve the problem, consult a Customer Service
Representative at the factory.
D.
DO NOT USE any accessory or other device with your
TRU-TRAC™ which requires the removal, modification,
or replacement of the acorn nuts shown
in the
illustration to the left. Either overtightening of the
original acorn nuts, or overtightening of any
replacement/adaptor nuts can deform the housing
and
interfere with the safe and proper operation of the
moving parts inside the housing of the TRU-TRAC™.

NOTE: The TRU-TRAC
Brand "TD-9000" 3-Dimensional
Cervical System
may be an exception.
