Main work
- Secure the countershaft in the bench vise w ith the toothed eITTd f acing downward.
Guideline

Use soft jaws.
- Mount needle bearing

and second-gear idler gear

onto the countershaft with the protruding collar fac-
ing downward.
- Mount stop disk

- Position special tool

on the transmission shaft.

- Position new lock ring

- Mount the sixth-gear sliding gear
