Troubleshooting

(1) Trouble occurrence
(2) Check the electrical signals on screen.
(3) Reduce the downtime.
The actual procedures are as follows.

No Lubricating Oil Flow to X-/Z-axis Slideways
STEP
1 Lubricating oil is not consumed in one
to two days.
2 Lubrication pump is faulty.
3 Distrubution valve is not operating.
No Coolant Supply
STEP
1 Coolant pump motor is not rotating.
2 Filter is clogged.
3 Coolant tank is not filled to the speci-
fied level.
No Pressure Building-up of Hydraulic Power Unit
STEP
1 Hydraulic power unit pump motor is
not operating.
2 Filter is clogged.
3 Hydraulic oil tank is not filled to the
specified level.
