Adjusting Air Equipment for ABSOSCALE (Optional)

Pressure adjusting knob
The machine with ABSOSCALEs (optional) has a special air unit to prevent entry of dust and con-
densation in the scale. Adjust the air equipment (oil mist filter and regulator) in the air panel located
at the machine rear according to the following procedure.
(1) Adjusting regulator set pressure
Set pressure: 0.03 MPa
Adjusting method:
Lightly pull down the pressure adjusting knob.
To increase the pressure, turn the knob clockwise.
To decrease the pressure, turn the knob counterclockwise.
(2) Oil mist filter

The oil mist filter removes oil particles and dust from the compressed air.
The drain oil is automatically discharged by the auto drain function.

The life of internal filter element is two years. Replace the element with the new one once
every two years.
