CAUSE
Other devices equipped with Blue-
tooth interfere with the connection
between the room thermostat and
smartphone.
The temperature measured at the in-
ternal temperature sensor has
dropped below 6 °C (43 °F).
The frost protection function is acti-
vated (on/off / PWM) is switched on).
The device has measured implausible
temperature values or the tempera-
ture measurement has failed.
Dew point monitor:
The dew point monitor interrupts
the circuit of the safety sensors if
dew has formed due to the flow
temperature of the cooling circuit
being too low.
Safety temperature limiter:
The safety temperature limiter in-
terrupts the circuit of the safety
sensors if the flow temperature of
the heating circuit exceeds the set
limit value.
Auto mode cannot be activated be-
cause no correct time and date infor-
mation is stored in the ClimaCon.
REMEDY
f
During the teach-in process,
temporarily switch off all Bluetooth-
equipped devices that are not needed.
f
If the temperature measured at the
internal temperature sensor rises
above 6 °C (43 °F), the frost protection
function is automatically deactivated.
f
Contact the technical service.
f
Check the temperatures of the heating
circuit and the cooling circuit.
f
Correct flow temperatures that are too
high or too low.
f
Connect your ClimaCon to your
smartphone via Bluetooth. Valid time
and date information is transferred
from the smartphone to the ClimaCon.
