Remove the mezzanine card.

Remove the OCP card.

Remove the expansion riser on slot 5.

Remove memory modules.
8
Remove heat sinks and processors.
Steps
1
Disconnect all cables from the server board.

Remove the securing screws from the server board.
3
Disconnect the cable clip rings.
NOTE:
The location of cable clips may differ depending on the models.

Grasp the back of the server board and tilt upward. Do not lift the back of the server board completely to prevent damage to the
components and I/O ports on the front.
CAUTION:
Do not lift the server board by holding a memory module slot, any other connector, or component.

Pull the server board back to release the I/O ports from the chassis, and lift the server board out to remove.
6
Place the server board in an antistatic bag.
