- Page 2 COOEE HALF WALL WITH POWER ASSEMBLY GUIDE Lay metal bases on Cooee Wall. Clamp with quick grip. Ensure Holes are aligned. Torque= 45Ft-Lb Insert 3/8 bolt, Washer and Flange Nut. Clamp with quick grip. Tighten bolts in Ensure all bolts are in the same direction order and repeat to prevent one bolt tighter than the other.
