Help in case of faults

Repairs should only be carried out by suitably qualified staff.
Regular inspection and maintenance prevent faults from occurring
during operation and help to ensure safety. The inspection and
maintenance intervals depend on the way the appliance is used. Ask
the customer service staff of your dealer or send for the current
customer service information material provided by the manufacturer.
Problem
Emission of steam in lower area.
The appliance is switched on but does not heat
up.
Display "Appliance in use" lights up, heating
display is not illuminated.
Simmering proceeds at too high a temperature
in spite of temperature regulator being switched
on.
Appliance switched on but it does not heat up
or only very slowly.

heating display come on.

been released. It is possible that the preassure

steam generator has risen above the maximum
admissible value to 0.6 bar.
a) Two buttons pressed together for more than
10 sec.
b) Button jammed.
Normal display after disconnection of the
appliance from the mains.
Help in case of faults
Remedy
The appliance is defective. Call customer
service.
a) Adjust target temperature to the correct
setting.
b) Switch off timer.

a) Check fuse and replace if necessary.
b) Disconnect the appliance from the mains via
the fuse, inform customer service.
a) Check fuse and replace if necessary.
