Expansion level / Starting time pre-selection
Setting the values for the cooking process
After the starting time pre-selection has been made and activated, the
values for the subsequent cooking process must be set.
Target pan temperature:
The setting is made as described in the main level.
The target value can be checked by pressing the
Process time:
The process time is selected by pressing the selector button of the
expansion level once; it then flashes.
The process time is set and taken over as already described.
Subsequent changes to the process time are possible.
Deleting preselected starting time
While the starting time is running
Press
for 3 seconds.
The starting time pre-selection is deactivated.
The appliance is switched on and heats up to the preset pan
temperature.
The preset process time remains active.
Cleaning and care of the appliance
Clean the appliance every day. Before starting any cleaning, the
appliance must be switched off completely.
Do not flood the appliance with water! Do not spray the appliance
with water or jets of steam.
Clean the metal surfaces with the usual cleaning agents for stainless
steel (avoid gritty cleaning agents). See page 28.
If there is any scaling in the inner pan, these can be dissolved with
vinegar.
Parts of the appliance or accessories that come into contact with
food must be thoroughly rinsed with drinking water after being
cleaned with cleaning agents.
The safety discharge valve must also be cleaned on the inside. When
doing this, the inner pan must be empty.
- Remove the faucet key: open above the stopper with the safety
button open. The faucet key can now be removed.

The faucet key must later be put back into the same valve. The
same number is engraved on the valve and the faucet key.
- Clean the outlet with a bottle brush.
- To ensure that the safety discharge valve continues to operate
smoothly and without any leakages, the faucet key position must be
regularly lubricated with lubricating grease, e.g. NONSTOP PLB DR
A from Klüber.
- The faucet key must also be cleaned from the inside with a bottle
brush.
