After the engine case section has cooled
,
check
that the
bearings are
firmly
seated.

If the bearings are not firm
ly
seated after
cooling,
it
is
likely that they
wil
l
rotate
in
the engine case when warm.
In
this
case,
the
engine case
must
be
renewed.
Position
all
bearing retainers.
Mount
and
tighten the
screws.

Remove
any remnants of sealing compound and
clean the
section of
the engine
case
thoroughly.
Warm
the
engine
case
section
in
an oven.

Knock the

board.
This will cause
the
bearings to drop
out of
the
beari ng seats.

remain
in the
engine case section

be
removed using
a suitable
tool.

heated section of

necessary,
