1. Before You Begin

[INK PATH CONTROL]
Performs the ink path control. If you press this button, you can flush the printer. For details, see page
198, "Ink Path Guide".

You can change the following settings via the Option screen.
Setting

Set print IP address.
Set time between white layer printing and CMYK printing.
Can set whether to use obstacle sensor for printing.
Recommended to leave this ON at all times.
Set Head. Table and print alignment to original settings.
Can display temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit.
You can switch ON/OFF the high speed mode for white layer
printing. If set to ON, the white carriage operates at high speed.
The time required for printing in this mode with white and full color
is approximately 60-70%* of that for the OFF mode.
However, the image quality may be affected because the carriage
operates at a higher speed.
*The effect to reduce the printing time varies depending on the
print job.
See page 163, "White Clean Freq.".
Select the display language.
If selected, jobs in internal memory will be deleted after a selected
# of days, the default is this is tuned off so jobs are not deleted.
