OPERATION
Oven Control,Clockand Timer
The clock mustbe set for the correct time
of day before a delayed oven function can
work properly. The time of day cannotbe
changed during a timed oven function,
but can be changed during a bake or
broil function.
HOW TO SET THE CLOCK
1. Touch the CLOCK pad.
2. Touch the HOUR/MINUP and/or
DOWNarrow pads to set the time.
8. Touch the START pad.
RECALLTHE CLOCK
While using your oven for cooking, touch
the CLOCKpad if you wish to check the
time of day. The current time of day will
show inthe display.
POWERFAILURE
Your oven has a feature which continues
to update the oven clock time for 3
minutes or longer when you experience
a power failure. In this case, the time will
not flash when the power returns to the
oven, and there is no need to reset your
clock.
If you haveexperienced a power failure
and the time is flashing in the display, it is
incorrect. Resetyour clock.
Any oven cooking function that was in
process when the power failure occurred
will need to be reset.

The Kitchen Timer is used to time cooking
processes or other household activities. It
does not control the oven. It can be set for
up to 9 hours and 59 minutes. It will count
down in minutes until the LAST 60
SECONDSTsreached; thenthe control
will beep once. When the countdown
reachesZERO, the control will beep 3
times,followed by one beep every 6
seconds until the KITCHENTIMER pad is
touched. The 6-seeandbeep can be
removed for futurecycles if desired. For
directionson removing this continuous
beep, see "Tones"on the following page.
HOW TO SET THE TIMER
1. Touchthe KITCHENTIMER pad.
2. TouchHOUR/MINUP and/or DOWN
arrow pads to set time.
3. Touchthe START pad.
4. Whenthe countdown has reached
zero, touch the KITCHENTIMER pad
to turn off the beep.
To cancelthe timer duringthe countdown,
touch the KITCHENTIMER pad TWICE
Your control will allowyou to lock the
touch pads so they cannot be activated
when touched. If you're worriedabout
leavingthe oven unsupervised,activate
this feature.

shows "LOC ON."
2. To unlock the control, touch
and hold,at the sametime,
the HOUR/MINDOWNarrow
pads for 3 seconds, until the
display shows "LOC OFF."
This featurecan only beset when the
oven is net in use.
When this feature is on, no touch pads
will work. The dTsplay will show "LOC ON"
if a touch pad is pressed. The adjustment
will be retaTned in memory after a power
failure.
