Your camcorder is an NTSC system based camcorder. If you want to view the playback
picture on a TV, it must be an NTSC systen-l based TV with VIDEO/AUDIO input jack.

You can easily set the clock to the local tin-le hy setting a tin-le difference.

TIME in the menu
settings.
