NOTE!
If the current sockets and the contacts on the mains plug do not have a conductive
connection during the measurement, the measurement must be carried out with
each individual current socket / line.

Peak value measurement of the open circuit voltage at the current sockets of the pow-
er source
The measurement must be carried out with the "measuring circuit for U
ment" (43,0001,0945)
Measurement must be performed using the electrode mode
The open circuit voltage must not exceed the value specified on the rating plate when
supplying the power source with rated welding voltage - tolerance +/- 10%
Connect test circuit and multimeter to power source
Set multimeter to voltage measurement DC and measuring circuit to U
Briefly press the Reset button to discharge the capacitors
Turn the device on
Adjust the potentiometer until the maximum voltage value is displayed

Test voltage for all measurements 500
V DC

The insulation resistance must not be
less than the values specified in the ta-
ble below

The lowest measured value must be
entered in the log
