    Opening the Housing Opening the DANGER! housing Risk of death due to contact with live components when the device is open! An electric shock will cause serious injury or death. ► If the device is switched on with the housing open, do not touch the components inside the housing.
  • Page 19 Remove 4 5x18 TX25 screws (4) and remove the housing feet. Remove cover (5). Disconnect the carrying strap. Remove the M4x8 TX20 screw (6) from the grounding cable. Remove the casing (7). IMPORTANT! The handle is attached to the casing via 4 5x10 screws. Disconnect the ribbon cable (8) from the control panel (9) and remove the control panel.

    Replacing the BPS 170 / 190 PC Board Removing the Open housing as described in chapter BPS 170 / 190 PC "Opening the housing". Board Disconnect all plugs and cables on the BPS 170 / 190 PC board. Loosen 4 M5x12 TX25 screws (1) of the secondary transformer lines.
  • Page 21 Install 6 M4x8 M4x12 screws (7). Tightening torque = 2.1 Nm. Install grounding cables on the spacer (4) with M4x8 TX20 screw (5). Tightening torque = 1.5 Nm. Install transformer lines with 4 screws (1) on the spacer (4) with screw (5). Tightening torque = 3.0 Nm.

    Replacing the Fan Replacing Open housing as described in chapter the fan "Opening the housing". Disconnect the fan cable (1). Pry the fan (2) out of the bracket using a flat-blade screwdriver. Remove fan (2). WARNING! Before inserting the fan, observe the in- stallation direction.

    Replacing the Transformer Open housing as described in chapter Removing the "Opening the housing" transformer Remove the HF 190 PC board accor- ding to the chapter "Replacing the HF 190 PC board". Disconnect the remote control cable (1). Loosen 4 M5x12 TX25 screws (2) for the transformer cables.
  • Page 27 (10) (11) Install the transformer cables (11) in Insert terminals and secure with 4x20 terminals (10). TX20 screw (10). Tightening torque = 2.1 Nm. Install the transformer cable (13) and voltage measuring cable with a size 19 mm hexagonal bolt and washer. (12) Tightening torque = 10 Nm.

    Replacing the mains cable Replacing the Removing the mains cable: mains cable Open housing as described in chapter "Opening the housing". Remove cable ties (1). Remove the TX20 M4x8 screw (2). Turn it to the back. Remove ferrite ring (1) from the ground wire.
  • Page 29 Installing the mains cable: Thread in the mains cable. Install 2 M5x18 TX25 screws (1). Tight- ening torque 1.5 Nm. Install the ferrite ring (1) on the ground wire with 4 turns. Install the M4x8 TX20 screw (2). Install cable ties (1). Close housing as described in chapter "Closing the housing".
