10. Take out the Reel、the Reel Flange and the Reel Spool Spline Shaft, the
screw positions are as follows;
Repair Instructions
Use a screwdriver to remove the screws as shown. The picture above shows the
positions of the screws of the Reel Flange and the Reel Spline Shaft. Different colors
represent different screw types. After removing these screws, the Reel、the Reel
Flange and the Reel Spool Spline Shaft can be removed.
Note that the tightening torque used must comply with the reference values for
the specific type of screw. Otherwise the screws may be permanently damaged.
Note that the Reel Spool Spline Shaft can be removed by pulling outward on the
Reel Spool Spline Shaft.
Note that the Reel Flange needs to be turned clockwise to remove.
Note that when the Reel Flange and Reel Spool Spline Shaft are removed, the
Reel is also removed.
Please note that you need to pay attention to protect the Kevlar wire rope when
removing it to avoid contamination of the lubricating oil on it.
