There are recording failures.
Important! Try these solutions in the order they are presented.

Restart the computer.
•
Update the firmware. To find the latest firmware, refer to the
website. Navigate: www.rimage.com > Support > Desktop > 360i. Select the Downloads tab.
Download the latest firmware.
•
Reseat the USB connection at the Rimage 360i and the computer.
1. Power off the Rimage 360i.
2. Disconnect the USB cable.
3. Connect the USB cable, ensuring that it is secure.
4. Power on the Rimage 360i.
•
Reseat the power cable on the Rimage 360i and at the power source.
1. Power off the Rimage 360i.
2. Disconnect the power cable.
3. Connect the power cable, ensuring that it is secure.
4. Power on the Rimage 360i.
•
Use a different USB port. Sometimes Windows loses its connection to the port.
