Rimage Technical Procedure
Update the Rimage 360i recorder firmware
To keep your Rimage 360i at peak performance, update your firmware to the most current
version.
1. Check your current firmware version.
a. Open Quick Disc.
b. Select Rimage System. The Rimage System window opens.
c. Select the Configuration tab.
The recorder firmware version is
located in the recorder description
as shown.
d. To close the Rimage System
window, select Close.
2. Obtain the newest firmware version.
a. Navigate to www.rimage.com.
b. Locate the recorder firmware.
c. If the firmware listed at www.rimage.com is newer than your current version, download the
self-extracting zip file.
d. When the download is complete, select the file to extract it.
3. Prepare to update the recorder firmware.
a. Stop all jobs.
b. Close QuickDisc.
