Step 1: Connect Speakers and Microphones

pin 2: speaker 2+
pin 3: speaker 3+
pin 4: speaker 4+
pin 5: no connection
pin 6: mic 1ground
pin 7: mic 1-
pin 8: mic 1+
Step 2: Connection of Codec
•
Connect the LINE OUT A of the SM-02 to the LINE INPUT of the codec.
•
Connect the LINE IN A of SM-02 to the LINE OUTPUT of the codec.
•
Connect POWER to the SM-02.
•
Echo cancellation and TNR should be enabled on the line input being used.
•
The line level input volume should be set to 50%.
Step 3: Adjust the Send Level
•
With a screwdriver turn the SM-02 MIC ADJUST clockwise to the 12 o'clock position. If needed,
call a CTG technician to fine-tune the system levels.
•
Microphone muting should be performed through Tandberg's remote control.
Step 4: Adjust the Receive Level
•
Set the SPEAKER VOLUME level on the SM-02 to the 2 o'clock position.
•
Use Tandberg's remote control to raise or lower the incoming audio.
