Troubleshooting
Problem
Programme does not start after
closing the door
Programme cannot be started or
selected.
Water inside the product.
The product does not take water in.
The product does not drain water.
Product vibrates or makes noise.
There is water leaking from the
bottom of the product.
Product stopped shortly after the
programme started.
Product directly discharges the
water it takes in.
No water can be seen in the
product during washing.

Reason
Start / Pause / Cancel button was not pressed.
The product may have switched to self protection mode due to
a supply problem (line voltage, water pressure, etc.).
Some water might have remained in the product due to the
quality control processes in the production.
Tap is turned off.
Water inlet hose is bent or crushed.
Water inlet filter is clogged.
Loading door may be open.
Water drain hose might be clogged or twisted.
Pump filter is clogged.
Product might be standing unbalanced.
A hard substance might have entered into the pump filter.
Transportation safety bolts are not removed.
Laundry quantity in the product might be too little.
Excessive laundry might be loaded in the product.
Product might be leaning on a rigid item.
Water drain hose might be clogged or twisted.
Pump filter is clogged.
Machine might have stopped temporarily due to low voltage. • P roduct will resume running when the voltage restores
Draining hose might not be at adequate height.
Water is below the visible area of the door.
The cover lock is activated due to the water level inside the
product.
Product is heating up the water or it is at the spinning cycle. • Wait until the programme completes.
Child lock is engaged. Door lock will be deactivated a couple
of minutes after the programme has come to an end.
Solution
• * Press the Start / Pause / Cancel button.
• Press and hold On / Off button for 3 seconds to reset
the product to factory settings. (See. Cancelling the
programme")
• T his is not a failure; water is not harmful to the product.
• T urn on the taps.
• R eposition the hose.
• C lean the filter.
• C lose the door.
• C lean or reposition the hose.
• C lean the pump filter.
• S teady the product by adjusting the feet.
• C lean the pump filter.
• R emove the transportation safety bolts.
• A dd more laundry to the product.
• T ake out some of the laundry from the product or
distribute the load by hand to balance it evenly in the
product.
• M ake sure that the product is not leaning on anything.
• C lean or reposition the hose.
• C lean the pump filter.
to the normal level.
• C onnect the water draining hose as described in the
operation manual.
• T his is not a failure. Environmentalist washing machines
use less water.
• D rain the water by running the Pump or Spin
programme.
• W ait for a couple of minutes for deactivation of the
door lock.
