Member
The Member tool evaluates a point to determine whether or not it lies on an object. The results are
reported in text.
Checking membership
1.
Select Member from the Check Property toolbox.
2.
Select a point.
3.
Select any object.
A marquee box appears after the selection.
4.
Move the pointer to move this box anywhere in the
drawing window, and click to display the result.
If you change the objects so that the property changes,
the displayed text changes accordingly.
