Create the GPIB commands to select the input and output
switch positions to measure the current device-under-test.
For example, if Current_dut=3 then In_switch$ and
Out_switch$ would equal "ROUTE:LAYER1:CHANNEL
B3". Note that since the switches are 1x8, it is not
necessary to specify the position of the A ports.
