Monitor Setting and Adjustment (Optional)

A switch panel is located on the underside of monitor (1),
providing 8 switches (switch  to ).
 Switch : Do not use
 Switch : Auto Backlight Control, Day setting and Night
setting
Push this switch to adjust the Auto Backlight Control (ABC)
mode, the LCD backlight day and the LCD backlight night
settings.
The ABC mode automatically adjusts the luminance of the
monitor backlight by sensing the ambient light with a light
sensor located on the surface of the monitor.
Under the Day and Night backlight setting, the backlight
switches over to preset luminance.
How to set Day and Night backlight luminance
1. Select Day or Night setting mode by pushing the switch
.
2. Push switch  (-) or  (+) to adjust luminance. Push
switch  (-) to decrease and push switch  (+) to
increases the backlight luminance.
3. The set value will be displayed in percent at upper left
section of the screen.
Factory Setting:
Backlight luminance: Day
Backlight luminance: Night

NOTE: Changes in backlight luminance will be retained even
when the mode is changed or the system is rebooted.
