Brake/Inching Pedal

d
WARNING:
 Avoid sudden brake application during travel
operation, possibly creating a hazardous situation.
The machine may lose its balance.
 Unless necessary, do not place your foot on the brake
pedal to prevent the brake pads, disks, and clutch
from wearing out prematurely.
 Keep the installation areas around the brake pedals
clean to prevent dust and/or grit from accumulating.
The brake may become inoperable.
d
WARNING: Do not allow your foot to ride on the brake
pedal unless necessary
The machine brake is applied by stepping on the brake pedal
(1 or 2). When the brake pedal is stepped on, the HST pump
becomes neutral, causing the travel speed to reduce. When
the brake pedal is stepped on further, the service brake is
activated, increasing braking force.
When the pedal is fully stroked, the machine is stopped
regardless whether the F-N-R lever is placed in the forward or
reverse position, the engine power is transmitted only to the
working devices. Accordingly, when the brake pedal is stepped
on, and the front attachment control lever is operated, the full
engine power is used to operate the working devices.
