TROUBLESHOOTING

If the EXPLORER Mobile Scooter fails to
operate please check the following aspects:
- Circuit breaker
Using your finger - press the circuit breaker
back in if it has popped out.
- Unit is switched on.
- Battery has been fitted.
- Battery level shows sufficient charge.
- All plugs and cable connections are firmly fitted.
- Motor has been engaged. (not freewheeling)
If the motor has been disengaged and the scooter power has been
switched on - the scooter will not operate until it is turned off and then
turned on again.
If these troubleshooting tips do not fix the issue
with the scooter please contact your supplier
or SHOPRIDER® Mobility direct for support.
Do not attempt to unless you
are a certified technician and
have been trained to service
the EXPLORER Mobile Scooter.
Unauthorised repairs and
fitting of non genuine parts
will void your warranty and
may seriously compromise
the users safety.
