POWER ON
The full LCD display will be shown 2 seconds after the installation of batteries. Default setting
L6 will be shown on the LCD. If you fill water into tank to Level 6, then just press ENTER to
confirm and enter into standby mode. You may choose from L1 to L6
select the one that matches the water level you fill then press ENTER to confirm and enter into
standby mode.

Press this button to test the pulse recovery for 60
seconds, but user needs to wear chest belt to have
the pulse signal input.
1. Press to return back to the pre-set value in the
parameter setting mode, Press again to switch
back to program selection.
2. Press to return back to the standby mode in stop
mode.
3. Hold for 2 seconds, the computer will reset.
Press to START or STOP training.
1. Confirm the selection of program.
2. Confirm the setting of parameter and enter to next
parameter setting.
3. Press to switch the function value display during
the training.
