3. Remove tool rest assembly from machine
base and set aside for now (see Figure 9).
4. Loosen frame tilt lock handle shown in
Figure 9.

5. Tilt machine frame to vertical position, as
shown in Figure 10, then tighten frame tilt
lock handle to secure.
