5. Electronic controller

Nomenclature
- Models with internal electronic controller: 3TSM ci, 4TSM2, 4TSM4, 4TSM6 and 4TSM8 ci.
- Models with external electronic controller: 3TSM ce, 3TSM2 and 3TSM3 ce.
Operating principle
Photovoltaic panels convert sunlight energy into electrical energy (direct current). The electronic controller
stabilizes the input voltage (Vdc) and creates a three-phase direct current output to start the motor pump.
Functions of the electronic controller
I. Undervoltage protection (automatic) - All models;
II. Overcurrent protection (automatic) - All models;
III. Phase loss protection - All models;
IV. Blocked rotor protection - Models: 3TSM2, 3TSM3, 4TSM2, 4TSM4, 4TSM6 and 4TSM8;
V. Protection for low water level in the well (dry well sensor) - only for external controller models;
VI. Tank overflow protection (tank level sensor) - only for external controller models;
VII. Preventive shutdown against dry operation - Models: 3TSM2, 3TSM3, 4TSM2, 4TSM4, 4TSM6 and
4TSM8;
VIII. MPPT function with automatic maximum power point tracking - All models.
