Troubleshooting

POSSIBLE CAUSE
The transformer is not plugged in

POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Connect the power supply.
Repair or replace the socket.
Wait for power to be restored.
Replace the transformer.
Recalibrate the time according to
the instructions.
Tighten the connection or
reconnect.
Backwash again, exhaust air.
Backwash again, exhaust air.
Add salt.
Increase the inlet water
pressure, which should be
greater than 21 psi.
Check all components of the
brine suction pipe and eliminate
the leakage point.
