Rangetop Assembly
Assembling the Burners
CAUTION
• Do not operate the rangetop burners unless properly assembled.
• Do not push in a rangetop knob while removing the burner; a slight electrical shock might result.
• Do not remove the top or touch a burner electrode while another burner is on.
Dual Burner Head/Cap

1. Place the burner heads on the burner bases as
shown at left. (The electrodes fit in the slot in the
bottom of the heads.) The heads should be flat
and parallel to the rangetop.
2. Place the matching size caps on top of each
rangetop burner head.
1. Orient the burner head so the electrode opening
aligns with the electrode.
2. Install the burner head so the electrode passes
through its opening in the head. Ensure the
burner head lies flat atop the base.
