Step
Site preparation phase and tasks
My site has a fire extinguisher in the printing
6
production area and in the materials storage room (if
applicable).
There is an emergency exit in the print production
7
area with easy access and free from obstructions.
I have an explosion-protected vacuum cleaner
8
compatible with the material that I intend to use, or I
will have it ready prior to installation date.
The people who will operate the printer have
appropriate training to be aware of the hazards to
9
which they may be exposed, and they can take
appropriate measures to minimize the risks.
Room space and flooring requirements
The floor in the installation space meets the load-
bearing capacity specifications for printer weight (see

Environmental requirements
The room in which the printer will operate has the
minimal ventilation standard (ACH) required by local
12
regulations and/or HP recommendation in the site
preparation guide.
The print production area meets the temperature
and humidity requirements described in
13

The print production area meets the AC cooling
14
recommendation described in

I have selected the layout option in the comments

printing area layout.
Electrical installation
I have scheduled the certified electrician to prepare
the circuit and build a power cable that meets the
16
electrical specification described in the site
preparation guide, before the day of installation.
A certified electrician will install a circuit breaker that
meets, or verify that the existing circuit breaker
