a. Align the chipperchute overthe weldstuds,so the slot in the
bottomof the chute isfacing down.See Figure6.
b. Securechipperchute withthe threecuppedwashers(cupped
side againstthechipperchute)and hexnuts previously
removed.Do nottightenthe nutsat this time.
The chippershredderwas shippedwith one end of the support
bracealreadysecuredto the lowerframe.Loosenbutdo not
removethe boltssecuringthe braceto the frame.
a. Align the holesin thechute with the holesin the top of the
braceand attachbraceto chipperchutewith hardware
previouslyremoved.Tightensecurely.See Figure7.
b. Tightenthe bolts securingthe supportbraceto the frame.
c. Tighten thethree nutson the weldstudsholdingthe chipper
chute to the impellerhousing.
ATTACHING THE BAG
1. Toattachthe bag:
a. Placethe openingof the bag completely overthe chute
deflector.
b. Pull on thedrawstringuntilthe bag is tight aroundchute
deflectoropening.
c. Clipdrawstringbackon itself,tight againstchute deflectorto
secure intoposition.See Figure8.
