Meaning
The joystick has been
operated and the stairli t is
moving.
The joystick has been
operated and the stairli t
starts moving
The stairli t has arrived at
the halt point
The stairli t doesn't move:
the joystick is pushed in the
direction of the halt point
where the stairli t is already
located (end of the rail)
The seat or footrest is being
folded or unfolded
Not all conditions are met:
the stairli t does not start
These failures can be
resolved by the user
The anti-squeeze safety
function is activated
because the stairlii t has
encountered an obstacle and
has stopped
Attendant control or
emergency lowering button
is active
Action

Release the joystick and fold it
down
Push and hold the joystick in
the other direction to start the
stairli t

Check and meet all conditions:

chair and footrest
completely unfolded

armrests locked in correct
position

safety belt fastened

Key lock in locked state
Operate the joystick twice to
start the stairli t
Move the stairli t in the
opposite direction to a parking
point. Before you use the
stairli t, make sure that the
stairs are free of obstacles
