KEY LOCK (OPTiONAL)
The key lock makes it possible to put the stairli t in and out of operation with a
key, e.g. when the stairli t is installed in a public area or to prevent children from
playing with the stairli t.
Using key lock
The key lock is a pulse switch. A ter use, it returns to its original position. The key
must be removed a ter use.
1. Insert the key.
2. Turn the key clock wise to unlock the stairli t (3 seconds green led + warning
sound).
3. Turn the key clock wise again to lock the stairli t (3 seconds of orange led +
Warning sound).
4. Remove the key a ter use. (to prevent unauthorized usage or damage to the
stairli t).
NOTE
When operated, the key lock switches ON the stairli t. A ter 5 minutes of
inactivity, the sleep mode is activated and the stairli t is locked.
CAUTION
When the key lock is active the li t can still be
operated via the Call-and-park control station.
