Connect the battery by attaching its cable to the battery connector (pull lightly on
cable to ensure it is locked in place and avoid kinking the cable).
Clean screws and apply Vibra-Tite to each screw, re-insert, then tighten the four
6-32 x 2 1/4 screws to secure the battery.
Torque: 9 in lbs
Bit Size: #2 Phillips
Re-install the battery compartment cover.
Clean screws and apply Vibra-Tite to each screw, re-insert, and then tighten the four
6-32 x 5/16 screws.
Torque: 9 in lbs
Bit Size: #2 Phillips
Perform a functional test to confirm proper operation of the aspirator.
